Seasons of a Parent

Just saying “Mother’s Day” brings in a flood of memories: From “first words” to “first kiss”, Training wheels to Driver Ed, Sleepless Nights to all-nighters, A walk in the park to a walk down the aisle. These transitions in our memory mark the seasons of parenting. So many vivid memories that go with those transitions. They probably bring back memories to you… or they will some day. They mark the seasons of parenting, and it happens whether we are prepared or not.
